ORT Online Entry Registration
⭐ PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING ⭐
1. COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY
- Complete all required fields on the ORT Entry Form.
- Before clicking Submit, please review your information carefully to make sure everything is correct.
- Then click Submit to send your entry.
2. CONFIRMATION
- After you click Submit, a confirmation message will appear on this page.
- The message confirms that your ORT Entry Form was successfully submitted.
- The confirmation message will also include the ORT Payment Page link.
3. CHECK YOUR EMAIL
- You may receive a confirmation email from Google Forms containing a copy of the information you submitted.
- You will also receive a backup confirmation email from Eager Pup at: reneecarson524 @gmail com
- Both emails will include the ORT Payment Page link.
- If you don't see an expected email, check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folder.
4. COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT
- Registration payment is made separately through PayPal after you submit your entry.
- Submitting the Entry Form does not process your payment.
- Please complete your payment through the ORT Payment page.
5. WATCH FOR PAYPAL EMAIL
- After your payment is completed, PayPal will send you a separate payment confirmation email.
- Keep your confirmation emails for your records.
