ORT Registration Entry Form
Everyone’s experience with the ENTRY form can vary—it depends on what device you’re using (computer, tablet, or phone), your system (Windows or Apple), and how you interact with it, whether by touchscreen or mouse. Even your personal settings can make a difference.
⭐IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.⭐
⬇️ After signing the ORT Entry Form, press the TAB key to move to the DATE field.
⬇️ Once you’ve entered the date, press TAB again to reach the SUBMIT button below — then click SUBMIT.
🖱️ After you click SUBMIT, a confirmation message will pop up to show that your form was successfully submitted.
📎 This message serves two purposes:
1️⃣ It confirms your registration entry was received.
2️⃣ The pop-up will show a green button you can click to pay. 🐶💳
💡Remember: Your entry is not complete until payment is received.💡
